Mosaic® Brand HBC 369 har utvecklats av Hop Breeding Company och levererat högt alfainnehåll och har en unik och komplex aromaprofil som fördelar sig positivt i olika ölstilar. Det är en dotter till Simcoe® Brand YCR 14 och en Nugget-härledd hanplanta. Mosaic® heter för att hedra det konstnärliga sortimentet av aromer och smaker som den kan presentera.
